Andrew McLellan obtained a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) Degree from the University of Toronto in 1989 and a Master’s Degree in Applied Science from the University of British Columbia in 1992. He is a Professional Engineer registered in BC, Alberta, Northwest Territories and Ontario, a member of the Institute of Structural Engineers (M.I. Struct.E) and a LEED-accredited professional. He has nearly two decades of experience in the design of steel, concrete and wood structures, and his many award-winning projects have included Shuswap Cabin, Brentwood and Gilmore sky-train stations, the Waterfall Building, the Shaw Residence and the Sechelt Justice Centre. A well-rounded, practical and innovative engineer, he enjoys working with clients on creative and technically demanding projects.

Jacek Maj holds a Certificate in Drafting Technology from Vancouver Community College. Jacek has worked on a large number of wood frame, steel and concrete design projects, and also manages the company's computer systems.
